Allow Set up Cinema House in Saudi Arabia




An investor has applied to General Commission for audio visual information in Saudi Arabia to allow him to set up a cinema house. A foreign news agency says that commission had no objection on obtaining license. In principle, the application was approved.
The investor has also been asked to prepare a detailed feasibility report and submit it. It is pertinent to mention here that setting up of cinemas is not allowed in Saudi Arabia.

If commission thinks that investment for setting up cinemas is feasible and workable, the commission can request high officials to remove the obstacles in the way of opening cinemas.

Argentine teacher suspended over fake video scandal

A teacher who reportedly had shameful act with a 16-year-old pupil who secretly took a video of the tryst may have been the victim of a vicious internet prank. Various media reported that Lucita Sandoval, a 26-year-old teacher from the city of Santiago del Estero, in north-central Argentina, was facing disciplinary action over the video.
