The parents of Shoaib met Rubab’s parents in Madinah while they were there to perform Hajj. Rubab belongs to tanouli family. It is known that on June 19, Rasm-e-Hina would be celebrated and the next day, the marriage ceremony would take place in Bilawal Marriage Hall.

Walima is fixed on June 22 in Rawalpindi. It is also known that Rubab has just appeared in Intermediate examination. She was born in 1997. She is now 17 and according to Pakistani laws, minimum age limit for marriage in Pakistan is 18.
